When the surge of
unexplainable enthusiasm
Provokes your soul to
new and unexplored heights,
With what can you
answer the demand?
“Do something!”
Write a book, build a
castle,
Climb a mountain, or
swim a stream—
Just get it out of
your system and
Do something!
Do something
different—
Something challenging
to your inner self;
Let loose the bottled
up feelings that hold you fast—
Dreaming is for less
exciting days and
Do something!
Run through a field
of sweet daisies barefoot,
Sing with the birds
and the butterflies in a sun drenched meadow,
Fly a kite by the
ocean and sour with it—
Just do something!
Dance! Shout! Create!
You’re in love—tell
the world!
By doing something!
